And your answer must be simple and direct.
I like to set a deadline for the entire project, then I work backwards from that deadline and create plans for each stage of the project: creating the product itself, creating the sales page, writing the copy, and promoting the product.
Schedule Everything, and Remember Murphy’s Law
Murphy’s Law says that anything that can go wrong will go wrong, at the worst possible moment. Therefore, make sure you chunk down every plan you make, and schedule the processes carefully. I like to give myself a little leeway, leaving plenty of time for each task.
Start Promoting Before You Start Creating
If nobody knows about your information product, no one will be able to buy it. Therefore start promoting the product as soon as you get the idea. It’s easy to buy a domain name, and set up a blog.
Don’t try to be perfect: Consider your first attempt at product development as a trial effort. Accept the fact that you do not know everything at the moment but be willing to learn. If you aim for perfection in the first attempt, you will never be able to get the project off the ground. It is better to start with something lacking and then learn as you go based on the feedback you receive from the market.
What is your learning process? Getting the product launched is just the first step. You need to constantly monitor the response from the market and incorporate the feedback into the products. Find ways and means of increasing the efficiency of your system by automating parts of the sales funnel or communication.

I have been toiling remotely for nearly 8 yrs since I first unearthed Quickbooks online an ‘on demand’ small business accounting software online system and was inspired by the fact that if you can do accounting on the net then why shouldn’t it be possible to do other important types of work remotely?
Whilst working remotely has many benefits there are numerous things that workers don’t realise which convert into issues that result in decreased productivity and lower motivation. The most cited reason for low effectiveness in remote professionals is distraction and it is a confirmed and well known fact that it can take a professional up to twenty minutes to establish their original output level after experiencing an interruption.
Research also shows that persons who are continuously affected by interruptions are more likely to be susceptible to lower memory capability and are prone to developing mental health problems in old age. Before I began working remotely I used to get well over 200 electronic mails every 24 hours. Now I think I am unfortunate if I get over 5. To ’reset’ my e-mail experience I modified my e-mail address and obsessively took steps to shield the details being passed on to anyone. I then made sure every party who I gave my e-mail address to, to use it with special care. I also created an automatic reply that swiftly told anyone sending me mail my routine for attending to mail and if something required my urgent awareness to mark it as ‘Urgent’.
2. Get rid of alerts.
Disable every function that can send you a visual or audible alert. This includes mobile and
conventional handsets and forms of alerts from electronic mail such as visual alerts, audible warnings, screen changes to your inbox folder and of course facing a window. Get a door on your office and put up a ‘do not disturb’ sign on it.
